These estimates are based on production timelines and are subject to change due to factors beyond our control. We endeavour to keep you updated on any changes to these timelines.
  5. Shipping Carriers We partner with reputable carriers to ensure your items arrive safely. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched, allowing you to follow your package’s journey.
  6. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the size and weight of your order, as well as your delivery location.

Adventure Concepts Returns Policy

 

At Adventure Concepts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it for a refund, exchange, or store credit, subject to the following conditions:

 

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email, receipt, etc.) is required.
  • Certain items are exempt from returns for hygiene or safety reasons, including but not limited to: underwear, swimwear (if hygiene strip is removed), climbing ropes, carabiners, and opened food or drink products. This will be clearly marked on the product page where applicable.
  • Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only, unless faulty.
  • Personalised or custom-made items are non-returnable unless faulty.

 

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Initiate your return by contacting our Customer Service team at sales@adventureconcepts.com.au or by calling (07) 5408 4352. Please provide your invoice number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorisation: Our Customer Service team will issue a Return Authorisation (RA) number. This number must be clearly displayed on the outside of the return package. Returns without an RA number may be refused.
  3. Packaging and Shipping: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a tracked shipping method as we are not liable for lost or damaged returns.
  4. Return Address: Ship the return package to the address provided by our Customer Service team.
  5. Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. We aim to process returns within 7 business days of receipt.

 

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

 

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, you will be offered a refund or store credit.

 

Store Credit:

  • Store credit will be issued in the form of an electronic gift card, valid for [duration of validity, e.g., 12 months] from the date of issue.

 

Faulty Items:

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. We will assess the item and, if deemed faulty, offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Proof of purchase is required.
