The LX27 Clamshell Rooftop Tent is the lightest in The Bush Company range at only 73Kg, but still delivers on the strength and quality of materials that our products are world renowned for.

At only 172mm high this tent will suit virtually any vehicle regardless of roof load capacity and you should still be able to get in your garage. There’s 80mm space above the mattress when closed, so you can still store your bedding and pillows inside the tent.

With less that a 60 second setup/pack down, double skinned canvas walls & doors, dual layered super comfortable mattress and full electrical package are just some of the features that makes the LX27 Clamshell Rooftop Tent one of the best touring tents available.

The Z-Rails are a great solution for fitting our Clamshell Roof Top Tent to a canopy as they have been specifically designed and engineered for this purpose. They can also be used to secure a roof top tent to a roof rack where the slats of the rack run across the vehicle such as a Front Runner rack and where there is a raised ‘lip’ around the edge of the rack that the tent needs to clear.  The Z-Rails can also be used if you want to be able to fit a table slide underneath your rooftop tent.

Toyota Landcruiser (J70) Series 2007 – Dashboard Organiser from The Bush Company is the ultimate in quality and design and has been specifically designed to fit the dashboard for the J70 Series.  Made from the highest quality Italian canvas, double stitched throughout and UV stabilised, the dashboard organiser not only protects your vehicles dashboard from damage caused by the sun, but also provides much needed unique storage options to maximise what would otherwise be unused space.

Toyota Landcruiser (J70) Series 2007 –  2020 Transmission Cover from The Bush Company enables you to maximise the storage space around your vehicle’s transmission as well as providing an extra layer of protection to the gear stick boots. Made from high quality UV stabilised Italian canvas, the transmission cover has a large zipped storage pouch positioned to the rear of the gear sticks, secured with a large velcro strip for easy removal.  On both sides of the transmission cover there are three zipped pockets for storage of smaller items.

This bracket can be used to mount either a Light Bar or Small Spot Lights directly to The Bush Company rooftop tents that have ‘Ezi-Slot’ channels built into the frame.  The bracket can be installed vertically or horizontally depending on the mounting system on your lights.

The Solar Panel Bracket is sold as a pair and are constructed from 2.5mm thick stainless steel with a black powder-coat finish.  The brackets are mounted to the rails on the roof of the tent using the laser cut mounting holes and supplied stainless steel bolts.  The solar panel can be secured to the brackets using the supplied rivets through the pre-drilled holes in the bracket, you will need to drill the holes in the edge of the solar panel frame as required.  The solar panel mounting brackets ensure that there is still airflow underneath the panel which helps to maintain the output efficiency of the panel.

The Slat Extension Brackets have been designed specifically for the fitment of our Roof Top Tents to a vehicle where the supporting load bars on the vehicle cannot be aligned with the extruded rails on the underside of the tent.  The aluminium ‘Slat Extension’ is designed exactly the same as the extrusions on the underside of the tent and fits between two of the extrusions creating a ‘bridge’ for the load bar to attach to.

The Bush Company Clamshell Rooftop Tents are well ventilated with large opening doors and high quality midge mesh, but if you are looking for some extra airflow in warmer climates adding a powered fan may be just the answer.

This bracket can be used to mount either a long or short handle shovel to the side of your rooftop tent.  The bracket has been designed to be fitted to either the side of the  base or to the side of the lid of our rooftop tents by using the ‘Ezi-Slot’ channels built in to the frame of the tent.

The Rooftop Tent Load Bars are sold as a pair, they are 1380mm long extruded aluminium with stainless steel end caps and flush mounting feet plus stainless steel bolts and nuts required for fitment.

The Rooftop Transit Bag XL (160L) by The Bush Company is great for storing items on your roof or roof rack that you want to protect from the elements, and is designed to fit three of The Bush Company’s Pioneer Boxes perfectly, but you can store pretty much anything in it. The dimensions of the Rooftop Transit Bag XL are 1.2m long, 51cm wide and 26cm high, with a capacity of 160L.

The Bush Company’s Pioneer Box storage solution is perfect for protecting & organising your gear when touring and camping.  The boxes are made from tough polyethylene plastic with double skinned reinforced corners & integrated tie down points.  The lids have four strong ‘click to close’ catches and are grooved for stacking which prevents lateral movement when traveling.  The vertical sides of the box ensure maximum use of space and easier storage.

This MAXTRAX Rooftop Tent Side Mount Bracket allows you to mount your MAXTRAX or other brand of recovery track to the side of The Bush Company’s rooftop tents that have the extruded frames with the ‘Ezi-Slots’.  Please note this bracket is not suitable for the Classic or Classic MAX rooftop tents.

The Large Duffle Bag 86L is ideal for camping & traveling. The bag is 70cm L, 35cm W & 35cm H, with a total volume of 86L and is made from 460gsm heavy duty canvas that is mould and mildew resistant.

The Heavy Duty Tent Handle  mounts to the side of The Bush Company’s rooftop tents that have the ‘Ezi-Slot’ channels built into the frame.  Our rooftop tents come with a single handle already mounted at the rear for opening and closing the tent, but it is sometimes useful to have additional handles mounted on the sides on the tent to make reaching items on the roof easier and safer.
